If there is an issue with the artwork, we must be notified with 14 days of receiving the work.

Workshop

Workshops are final sale.

 If you cannot make it, you may apply the credit to another workshop or item on the website Or receive a refund of 50% if notified 7 days prior to the workshop . 

Commissions

Commissions are only accepted  if and when the artist has artistic freedom.

The artist and patron will work out proper photo reference that is required to create the artwork.

*The patron is required to give 50% upfront for a commission.

They are allowed two alterations or notes during the process.
