send me some examples of your work & your goals . We then set up a plan for you whatβs best for you and your goals. I assign projects and periodically send you a video/demos. You work on your own and we schedule. I check in via email and we have a 20 min Skype session Each week.. . this will work best for are you going different time zones or parents because you can just work when you have time but it is still structured and you get feedback and instruction.

Composing a Dreamy Vibrant PaintingNatalia Fabia | Workshop | Oil
November 18-21, 2024
All Levels 9am-4pm I 4 Days $650 (not including fees) PURCHASE
In this workshop, students will develop a complete painting from start to finish with a narrative, surreal elements and environment. Starting with limited palette paint sketches from a live model that focus on value, shape, and design then photographing a model/good subject and creating a background. Throughout the class, students will learn everything involved in creating a studio painting from start to finish, including how to set up a scene, lighting, costume, composition and background. They will solve the creative problems that arise when developing a work of art. Natalia will demo every day and explain each stage of her direct painting method, step by step. Techniques will include alla prima and transparent vs opaque color with the goal of achieving luminosity and capturing the illusion of form. She will also demonstrate how she sets the scene and style the model. Some drawing experience is recommended

The materials needed are paper, pencil, colored pencil (but anything works, I want this to be fun, easy and accessible for all!)
My goal is to give the kids (of all ages) the space and freedom to explore, create and learn the basic techniques to make their dreams pictures come tp life. We will create new and incredible pieces step by step, paying close attention to technique and building our artistic skills while having FUN! This should not feel like work!
